Dates of Employment: Beginning after a trial concert
Compensation: $100 per rehearsal | $120 per concert
Probationary Period: Newly hired musicians will undergo a two-concert probation. Following this, principals are assessed by the Artistic Committee for addition to the sub list or principal roster.

Sub-list auditions
North Corner Chamber Orchestra currently also has openings for our substitute lists. Audio excerpts may be asked in advance of the live round. Highly qualified applicants may be asked to play a live chamber music round with a NOCCO musician.
Audio excerpts: the exposition of a concerto and two contrasting orchestral excerpts. For Percussion or Timpani, 2 minutes of a solo piece may be substituted for a concerto.
Live round: Play chamber music, (likely duets) with the principal player or an Artistic Committee member. Other Artistic Committee members may be in attendance at this live round.
Probationary period: Newly hired musicians will be subject to a two concert set probationary period. After this period, NOCCO principals report an assessment to the Artistic Committee, resulting in addition to the sub list or not.
No feedback will be provided to applicants.
